Have some burning questions you need answered? A virtual consult is essentially a 30 minute info session. I'm currently offering newborn care education calls, feeding assessments, and nursery safety evaluations.

Newborn Care Education
A newborn care education consult is just that- a 30 minute call where nothing is off limits. Newborns are hard- and they do not come with manuals! This option is great for families working out the kinks of life with a new little one. From sleep and feeding to hygiene and routines, we'll discuss all things newborn, leaving you feeling confident and ready to take on the day (and night!).

Feeding Assessment
Want to make sure you're on the right track? As a lactation counselor, I will take a comprehensive assessment of your feeding history, goals, and philosophy. We will evaluate your current situation and address any questions or concerns you're having. This option is not just for breast/chest feeding families. If you have a baby to feed, I am here to support you. Feeding assessments are beneficial for any family looking for guidance and support along their feeding journey. While I am able to resolve most feeding issues, I will always connect you with an IBCLC or other appropriate care provider(s) if we run into any complicated feeding issues.

Nursery Safety Evaluation
​Nursery prep is just one of a million things on your to-do list when pregnant and preparing for your little one's arrival. Whether their nursery is in your bedroom or a separate room, it's always possible to prioritize your family's safety. During a nursery safety evaluation, I will assess your baby's space from top to bottom. This includes baby's sleep space, furniture positioning and anchoring, outlet and cord management, and more. We'll address any changes and modifications that can be made to bring to risk of injury to a minimum, while maximizing your baby's safety and comfort.
